Wishcasting Wednesday

So, my wish today is late because I am just getting in from a work trip...and I'm tired. But, when I hit the door, Jamie's question for Wishcasting Wednesday, "Who or what do you wish to play with," flies easily to my mind... and the answer waits with joyful expectation just at my door.

I wish to play with my puppies! I wish to play with Fiona & Rory. Chase them. Hug them. Kiss them. And let them run and get their toys...

And, if Rory wants to play...

...fort in the bed clothes, then I'll let him wiggle into them and peek out at me because he loves to go subterranean even if it is in the towels and laundry. And, I? I love to stand there and laugh like a crazy thing while he does...

And, Ms. Fiona wants me to drag out her favorite chew toys...because no Princess should have to dig through the toy box for their own stuff, you know.

Rory will stare at me until I move and chase him. Then he will come back for more when I give up, out of breath, rasping, "Okay, that's it; all done!" He never accepts that!

So, that's what I'm off to do. Make up for some lost time with my Wild Highlanders, until they've had enough and get up in Dad's chair to catch their second wind.

"Aroo to you!" I hope your playmates are as much love, fun, adoration, and adorable pleasure as mine.

Namaste' Till Next Time,
Holly aka Mommer

As Holly wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

When I first arrived her today, the pictures appeared for a moment on their own and I laughed and thought, "'nuff said" You've got some marvelous playmates.

Enjoy!

I am first to comment, yee-haw! And my timing could not be more appropriate. Of course this resonates with me on a number of levels. The relentless game of fetch is well known to us, and what dog doesn't like to have a fort to retire to?

Something tell me that no matter how much you missed Rory and Fiona, they missed you more. And that is precisely why dogs are so incredible. Unfailing devotion is hard to knock.

So aroo back at you this Wednesday...I know your wish has already come true.

playing with little 4 legged loves is magical and makes me feel like a kid !

but I'd rather play board games or paint with you while drinking margaritas...now that would be some playing !

and then we'd go take some abandoned house photos....total playing around !

You must have had loads of fun ~ what great playmates ... though you know they wouldn't find me much fun to play with. Kittens though? What giggles we'd have.

As Holly wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

Bright Blessings.

adorable! your pups and your writing. so friendly and playful.

and i love your aka - queen of the universe. some of the folks that i work with have initials after their name. you know, like CPM or MD (no MD's, but you get my drift). i sometimes sign my name as Janet, QOE. (Queen of Everything). ;)

That which you wish for, I wish for you also. (but it sounds like you already got it! yippee!)

Mom would like place her 2 cents here for a change:
Have you ever gotten close to home, about to open the door and wonder if you're dog is in a good mood?

Yep, me neither. That's why we love 'em so much! Their main goal in life is to see that we are happy. A quality we should all try to acquire but have a feeling we will miss the mark by a long shot.

Great post, great pictures. Now you really have me wanting to run home to see my Big Brownie!!

*And I can't wait till you get here, Mom!
Chester ;0=)

An overload of cuteness, Holly.

How do you get anything done with those two around? Ha!

Looking at my two right now, Bella (Maltese) asleep at my feet, and Clem (part monkey-part ferret-part dog, also known as a Chinese Crested) wandering around the room. My heart overflows. How good it is to be loved so completely!
