Ahh, I see where you get the twinkle in your eye from now.
Beautiful Holly,,,,I saw the twinkle too. Thinking about you today. Thanks for all your kind words...cinner
PapaShag here:
Your are diffenately cut from the same cloth, as they say. Your Eyes they shine like diamonds. And now I know where you got it.
Blessings to you and yours. Your daddy is smiling on you still.
What a radiant soul that shines from that face. You are so blessed to have had such a human being in your life. It is no wonder that I feel such love radiating from you at Your Mother knows.
What a beautiful post and a charming man. Happy Dad's Day!
Very nice, Molly...
Great share, Lady...
Nicely said Holly, and I even fit the description. :)
I have been avoiding the subject because my dad died so very recently, but this formed a huge knot in my throat. Hugs!
PS I dreamt about my dad last night. He was carrying several suitcases and needed to navigate his way off a long ramp. He backed up into the railing, still stacked with suitcases in his arms, and did a back flip off it and landed smoothly without one suitcase amiss. Curious isn't it? :)
Aww hugs to you hon!! Hope all is ok with you today Holly, email me if you wanna chat! Love, Sarah
You have his NOSE ... awesome. What an inviting face he has here! Was he the type who hugged people? I'd step right up!
He looks like a gentle soul...although frail in this picture. I love looking for similarities in ancestor's photos, and you can definitely see you're his daughter.

I also really want to read & digest your previous post...when I have more time to do it properly. Right now I'm supposed to be working, and I have a lot to do!
What an amazing face. He's not at all how I imagined ... but I see him now in your words, and he's just exactly right.
I just read your comment on Toni's post. I've been recalling Al Pacino in Scent of A Woman recently. I think I'm in love with him in that role. So, I would have happily tangoed with the King.
Lots of Love. Bucketfulls.
Beautiful and perfect on Father's Day. I miss my Dad too.
It is a lovely tribute to a kind human being...
(belated) Happy Father's Day, Mr. Jimmy! I know you are part of the warmth I felt all day Sunday.
Thank you for guiding Holly along the path to this wonderful compassionate woman she is! She means so much to me, and all of us!
Laughter in the Light...
