Spring Tries Again

My post is brief today because my Beloved needs my help at an elder fair that he must attend as an exhibitor. I will be Vanna White to his interaction with the folks who stop by our table for information. I'm happy to smile and hand out brochures.

So, I'm leaving you to view a picture of the fountain that I designed in the corner of our patio garden. It's from last year...but when I came across it, I realized looking at it made me feel as calm as I feel when I sit and listen to the water splash...and it gave me hope to hang on a bit longer; I know the garden is short days from re-awakening. Well, if it doesn't fall back into winter for a third time...it's a bit chilly here once again.

Also, with the encouragement of the fabu Beth who is a gifted photog, I'm going to become more brave and take more photos to share with you. I'm hoping Mother's Day might bring me a camera of my own that is easy enough to use! I saw Nikon makes a beautiful purple one which seems just perfect for me! Until then, I'll do just fine with the shots that Michael is always good enough to take when I ask, "Will you take a picture of this, please?"

Spend a minute or two with me at the fountain...let's sit and have a drink and talk about our day...our problems...our dreams...our lives.

Or, don't speak at all...just watch the grass grow and listen to the water flow.

Namaste' Till Next Time,
Holly

Your fountain is beautiful. Reminds me of the little "pondless waterfall" in back of our motherhouse. A look out my office window is beautiful--trees just beginning to bud and the sky is a beautiful blue with puffy white clouds. Hope it lasts!

A beautiful fountain. I am sure I could sit and watch and listen to it for hours. We had snow here last night. I am so tired of snow, but it will melt and feed the grass and trees. So it can't be all bad. :) Spring will return soon enough.

I so needed the relaxation time you just provided by your blog. I feel more relaxed having looked at your photo. I love the fountain!

Looks like a favorable prospect. It is indeed a nice fountain. The rocks remind me of the large stones out in the guncks, the best climbing territory in North America. And the bricks look like a museum street-side cafe.

Wait for me! Sam...I'd love a cup if the kettle's boiled...

*sigh*...sweet watery bliss. I'd be hard pressed to choose which is more mesmerizing..the burble and splash of water, or staring into the flames of a fire....

Hope your day of Vanna-ing went swimmingly...
