I came across this quote by Robert Svaboda, today:
Every human being is a mirror through which God longs to see himself.
And, I can't agree with this one. Mostly because I don't believe that God/Goddess is as egocentric as we Humans. Not that there's anything wrong with ego, because it is the spark that keeps us alive. But, it isn't the seat of our understanding of Spirit. As a matter of fact, it's generally Ego that gets in the way of our journey toward Spirit.
No, I humbly disagree with this quote. I'll give you my version of it and you can tell me what you think:
Every Human Being is a mirror through which God's face is seen.
Yes, it is a lot of responsibility to be the face of God to all you encounter. To be the animator of Spirit in this world of ours. But, I like a challenge. Don't you?
